In Deuteronomy 30:19 God offers the Israelites a choice between heaven and hell.

Thomas Aquinas did this in the Suma Theologica. It's multiple volumes and over 3 thousand pages total though and I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar you're not willing to read into actual historical theological arguments and would rather just parrot that there's no argument forever.
