Extra hot or just regularly hot? You can always ask for extra hot. Sounds like you want a tea, how does Jade citrus tea sound?

Go up and order a Grande (Medium) Jade Citrus tea. Most tea's have caffeine in them with the exception of White tea I believe. Ask for 2 packet's of honey if you want to make it sweeter.

Also, don't be afraid to say small/medium/large. We're trained to know which size you meant.

You could always order a dark roast coffee but if you're not used to coffee, it might be too bitter for you. Since it's past 11am they don't have dark roast on tap but will do a pour over which takes several minutes to prepare. You can always add a shot or more to give the coffee more caffeine. There's just an 80 cents charge for an additional shot.
