the only way you're going to get better is by playing more. boil the game down into simple skills (jumps, cursor movement, streams) find out what you're bad at and work on it.

what map you play doesn't really matter.
for example lets say you get really nervous towards the end of maps and shake a lot. the best thing to do in that situation is play lots of longer maps, which will improve your consistency. the maps you play don't matter, as long as you focus on improving
