Nothing has to actually happen because they won't investigate.
It could be as silly as "my sister had a panic attack and she called me and I had to take care of her".
Of course you won't say that because they won't even ask. If they do just say it's private. If they insist then make some shit up.

My other go to is to claim I had a "stomach bug" but I feel better now. They won't ask to see your liquid shit so you don't have to prove it. You can even go to a doctor and say you think you had a stomach bug and he'll give you a note because he can't really check for himself.
