I think the best course of action is to check how many supplies we have, what kind of weapons and begin to stack them in order to collect ammo around the area; since it is an abandoned outpost there must still be something laying around that was left from the previous owners.
We also ought to establish a line of defense, maybe use the main tower to check whoever approaches, some dude with a single scope from a broken rifle or a pair of binoculars.
We might try to dig in the most moist area we can find to see if we can place some sheet of plastic on top of the pit Bear Grylls style and collect water in our unused pissbottles.

We need to start training the most psychotic robots in our ranks and fit them with the shittiest weapons, whilst blasting their ears with the forgotten tape "SHADILAY" to make them fearless; also they need to be reminded about how much they have suffered by the hands of the chads so that they will become extremely dangerous cannonfodder for assaults.
In the mean time we must also train robros in good shape and have them work for that extra glass of water so they are motivated and stop complaining about not having a gf.

Now that we can defend ourselves, we need to expand our outpost in order to welcome more robots that may approach from the wasteland.
To do that we should start to dismantle the broken buildings to build new huts, we can take whatever since nigg noggs can do that with dirt and shit so we should be able to do that as well. Also build some trenches strategically around the main outpost.

With our trenches, poisonous pissjugs and superior firepower from the Combine legacy we should be able to stop them in their tracks as they run in the desert wasteland toward our fortified positions. If we win, the chads will be missing their strongest soldiers, therefore we can start an uprising inside the walls of the chad kingdom by promising a good life in our robro army for the chad slaves.

Quickly enslave the stacies and tape their mouths so that they won't corrupt the weaker ones with their roastie psychology

As the caravan approaches the outpost, some robot wizard escorted by fat bots with autism strength should meet the caravan and listen to what they want as our entrenched soldiers aim their weapons at the caravan members.

Gather some fucking slackers and use the remaining rubble from upgrading the houses, the floor from the warehouse and rocks around to build a simple, but sturdy enough to withstand an attack.
