please stop this feeling i'm seeing demons now
I said i would be asleep 4 hours ago
Welcome to three am.

I've found that drinking heavily at night cures insomnia with a 100% success rate. Worth looking into OP
>>38840889
I noticed this too, much to my dismay. I rely on alcohol to get a good night's sleep a little too often now.
>>38840909
I think I've gone to bed sober less than 10 times this year and I feel no dismay but to each thier own I suppose. My bank account on the other hand...
>>38840889
I wish it worked liked that for me. I guess its my low alcohol tolerance. I'll usually wake up in the middle of the night nauseus and with a pounding headache. I gotta slam back a couple glasses of water so I don't throw up. Feels bad man.

You don't have to tell me twice it took me like two hours to get to sleep.
But in the end I remembered I just have to close my damn eyes and stop bitching on 4chan about being over stimulated and finding it slightly difficult to sleep.
I fall asleep so easily my gf is jealous.
I wake up when i need too as well and usually only sleep 6 hours.
I also drink caffeine often and can down a monster and go straight to bed.
Mind over body family.
Who here /Insomniacsincechildhood/? What works for you guys? Insomnia is a cruel specter that torments me.
Once I fall asleep its fine, but I have to lay in bed for hours most nights.
>first I lay on my side for 5 minutes
>rotate to lay on my stomach for 5 minutes
>rotate to lay on my other side for 5 minutes
>repeat until I fall asleep
Well, I have not slept at all tonight... But I mostly get my 6+ hours.
Going to work out today, probably. I noticed that I can go harder without sleep.
As for alcohol, I'd been drinking quite a lot in the past, but I stopped because I realised that I only enjoy the buzz for the first 30-40 minutes, then the side-effects become stronger than the buzz and I have to keep drinking.
Taking alcohol as sleeping aid is not a good idea because you don't really regenerate then. You wont wake up and feel refreshed.
I personally don't consider myself a robot though.

Right now what works is going to bed at 6am or later and sleeping till like 3pm or 4pm. Idk why, but going to bed before then is really tough for me.school sucked balls and I slept during my morning classes and took a nap as soon as I got home everyday

This. Also try not to openly state you're not a robot. You're gonna get REEE'd to heck, friend.
Every damn night I can't sleep until 4 and then wake up at 7 without an alarm.
I'm going fucking mental.
>>38841031
Sounds like your circadian rhythm is totally reversed. Try staying up for a full day then going to bed at a normal time. You'll feel better in the morning.
>>38841075
I tried that multiple times. It only works that day, within a days or two I won't be able to sleep again (then it messes up my schedule)
>>38840464
It's 4:30 am
Why must I know this feel.
Anyone got advice to get rid of those dark circles or are there for life?
>somehow fell asleep at 12:00am instead of 4:00AM after not sleeping for 48 hours
>hope to get a solid 9 hours
>wake up at 5:00AM
I WANT TO FUCKING SHOOT MYSELF
>>38841154
Fuck, I have the same problem. I literally cannot fall asleep before 4:00AM. I hate it when normies say "just go to bed earlier, anon!" If I do, I fucking end up staring at my ceiling for 6 hours REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>38843272
take some melatonins my dude
>fall asleep yesterday at 6:30pm
>wake up at 9:30pm and lie in bed for 6 hours
>really sleepy at 6pm today
>go to bed
>wake up at 11pm
I'm not even tired, but I know I will be later tonight even though I won't be able to sleep then either.
>>38840889
Instead of alcohol, smoke weed. You won't vomit afterwards, and it only takes a hit or two a night to work.
i haven't had a full sleep in over 2 months
i keep waking up after 4 or 5 hours
last night was really bad, i was in a half wake/half sleep state all night
i'm thinking about killing myself, it ruins any quality of life
>>38843297
You think I haven't tried that? I've built up such a tolerance to melatonin that I have to take 6 pills every night.
