So even if cooler air comes in from outside, then your walls still heat it up a little too fast

Close your windows and pull down shades during the day. Open them up after the sun goes down and put a fan in the window to draw in the cooler air. Amazed how many retards open their windows on a hot day. (retard reference not necessarily directed at OP)
