There is no limit except how much you can physically smoke. After a point you won't be able to get higher, but by keep smoking you maintain the max level of highness.

I've smoked 5 grams in a day before. My average at one point was 3 grams.

I could probably just keep on smoking as long as I had weed in front of me. I've never tested it but I smoke regularly and don't get high anymore really besides a kinda tired feeling in my eyes.

I could have written this exact comment myself. It's just a waste of money when it gets to that stage but I can never do a tolerance break. Only time I stop is when I come back home from Uni. I've gone from 2-3 grams a day to smoking 1/3 of a gram with friends every week or two. The effects aren't remotely comparable. Like a different drug.
