I've literally never had friends to play vidya with since I started PC gaming. The few friends I did have often would play games I didn't like as much (Like CS:GO, TF2, etc) or they wouldn't play anything at all. I like playing Total War, Red Orchestra, ARMA, among a lot of others, but they never would bring themselves to play shit that wasn't CSGO or TF2. Hell, they wouldn't even play GTAV with me.

I've been playing persona 5 a lot lately. I like it quite a bit

XCOM2 and Darkest Dungeon.

I like games that are way too difficult, apparently.

i'm not a pro so sorry if this sounds a bit dumb, but check your population stats. see what the education level is;
the higher the level of your commercial zone, the higher the education of your workforce should be.
low education people need industrial zones, mid-high need commercial, and high needs offices. also unemployment could sometimes be people not being able to get to their jobs. make sure everyone, including pedestrians, can get to where they need to go.
