I remember shitting myself at that whole intro back in 1999 when it first came out, it being right after my birthday. Sitting in my older brother's room while he was gone and staying up waaaay past my bedtime, so there was already some spookiness to getting caught. I actually was born IN 1999 (I'm 18 pls don't ban) but be first Silent Hill game I ever saw was SH4. My dad used to play it and it scared me but I used to beg him to play it for me because I loved it so much. I've grown to be a big fan of the franchise and they're some of my favorite games out there.

Your story actually makes me kinda smile just because I like thinking back to how the game must have been at that time. I can't even imagine.

Yeah it's pretty nice to have the good ones ready to play whenever. I actually just recently bought a vinyl record of Silent Hill 1's soundtrack, still sounds great.
