You'd fail very hard at being as consistent as I am. The consistency can wildly vary based on the smallest mistakes during the toasting process.

Add slightly too little cheese and your consistency will be liquidy as fuck. Add too much and it will be pastey and clumpy. Also the amount of stock you laddle at the end can completely fuck you over.
It's a simple dish to cook, but it is deceivingly difficult to cook perfectly every single time.

You would fail without a doubt. I've had to fine tune everything I do just to be as consistent as I am.

Okay then learn to make chicken tenders. they are actually quite simple. Just look up a youtube video on how to do it. Be careful not to spill any oil on the flame because it could light your house on fire. also be careful when dipping the chicken into the boiling oil.

Risotto isn't a hard dish to cook, it's hard to perfect and get the consistency to be consistent 100% of the time.
Majority of Italian dishes are actually very basic to make.

My expertise with the dish from months of cooking it has made my consistency very good. I've also experimented a lot and tried different ingredients and cooking techniques.

I didn't say that. I said my dish is nearly perfect. There are still things I could improve on. Flavor isn't really an issue for me I've never made a bland risotto because I taste as I cook. But I could try different rice for Risotto, or different stocks and broths.

That's not really a matter of perfection, it's really a matter of seeing how far I can take the dish, and constantly experimenting and reinventing my approach. Maybe I think I'm doing the best I can do now, but discover I could be implementing something to make it even better.

I've tightened down my craft a lot though, I'd say I'm Intermediate level at Risotto, just not master level.
