So now, I have delightful BBQ chicken sandwiches that are so tender, the chicken falls apart with no effort at all in your mouth.

If you don't now how I'll tell ya my own recipe.
Onions, beans, garlic, chili flakes, tomato posada and minced meat optional. Just put the onions and the garlic beforehand in a pan and fry them once a bit brown throw in the tomato sauce and season it to your liking afterwards thrown in the beans and just heat it up.
Isn't fancy but a great base because you basically can add everything you want or your purse allows ranging from everything meat spices etc.
also canned beans are cheap and you can eat the "chili" with rice or white bread which is also cheap.
I am thinking of making a beef stew today. Have a ton of vegetables. Really enjoying getting into cooking even though I am still learning.

I slow cook chicken and I also like the fall-apart style. Common criticism is that it gets dried out, but that doesn't happen if you put enough liquids in with it while it cooks. Unless there's something actually unhealthy about eating chicken cooked this way, I'm going to keep doing it.

Also I cannot thoroughly complain about it if I haven't taste it in person, but at the same time why would I want to taste that garbage?

This was really good.
Ingredients:
>Chicken Stock
>Tomato Paste (Tubed)
>minced italian sausage
>dry white wine
>arborio rice
>italian parsley
>butter & parmesan
>Very finely diced onion
(proportions vary, I have no exact measurements, just don't add a shit ton of onion to it.)
1. with olive oil and butter on low heat, cook onions until translucent
2. Add rice and toast it for a few minutes on medium heat (you will not need to lower your heat for the rest of the cooking process)
3. Add dry white wine and wait till it evaporates.
4. Then add 1 laddle of chicken stock and a few squirts of tomato paste and add the sausage
5. Keep adding stock slowly and re-adding once the stock evaporates
6. do this for about 20 minutes until it's cooked through
7. season with salt and pepper to taste
8. When it's finished, turn off the heat add some butter and parmesan and italian parsley to it. and let it rest underneath a lid for 2-5 minutes
9. While it's resting cook 1 egg over easy, sunny side up (I use a little cup and press down on the egg to get it so round and trip the extra parts of the egg)
10. then put the egg on top of the risotto when you plate it
Pretty simple, but a very very delicious tomatoey risotto with good flavor.

If you can stand a fork in it directly, and the fork will stand on it's own, it's too clumpy. I made it like that when I was less experienced.

That picture is also my first attempt at making it. I didn't get the sauce thick enough, and had to reduce it for a while, that's the reason the meat looks kind of dry.
It tasted delicious nontheless but that isn't good enough for me. I will buy a new pot and do it properly when I get the money for wine, pork shank, and saffron
