Yeah basically. I write short stories from time to time on reddit and do "creative" (read: autistic) shit on /tg/, which involves quite a bit of writing.

I write about various different topics, but I'm a sucker for anything that I can twist into dark comedy. And magic.

not that I'm totally aware of, I've always had fears like I wouldn't go into large buildings as a kid because of worrying about fire etc. Had anxiety and panic over stuff since I was a young kid, suppose its why I hate normies who brag about having anxiety disorders because I haven't been able to do anything. My paranoia has gotten worse since I tried to stop being a shut in, now I'm fearful of everybody and everything in public, I've admitted defeat and i'm going to the GP for that because I think i'll end up hurting somebody if I continue trying, I speed off with no regard for anything for example, or if someone got too close to me while I was panicing I'd probably go into a self-defense mode

>What kind of stuff do you read?

Mostly old sci-fi, and philosophy. Big fan of the late Ian M. Banks, and, of course, the ever relevant Asimov. Trying to get my hands on a copy of The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress, as I've heard good things.

Also like Lovecraft, and, despite it basically being normie shit, the Harry Potter books are comfy as fuck.

Some military history too. Currently reading "The Last Battle" which is definitely worth a read. The author does an excellent job of keeping it narrative interesting whilst not compromising the reality of the events. Tried to get copies of Mailed Fist and Tank!. Unfortunately, my copy of Mailed Fist turned up in German, and I couldn't find any others in English, and Tank! I just couldn't find for love nor money.

Overall, I try to keep my reading list fairly varied.

Oddly, no. I've seen 2001, but I've never really felt any pull to read the books, honestly.

If you're looking to get into sci-fi, I'd recommend starting with the Culture series, by Ian M. Banks. It's not to heavy on technobabble, and his writing is honestly a joy to behold.

It's a shame you're so far away or I'd come and get it if he's talking about the K word. Funny what you say about cats though, mine was feral as a kitten and even now at 14 she'll kill anything that moves. But with Keith... I dunno, she just knew she couldn't attack him and next door's cat, who's a proper bruiser farm cat, is the same. They just understood he's an indoor bird.
He trolls them mercilessly, lands on them when the mood takes him, barges my cat out the way if she's where he wants to sit on the sofa, pulls her whiskers when she's asleep and she still won't rise to the bait (he's not suicidal, he does it to people he doesn't like too). Push comes to shove, try it maybe. Cats, like pigeons, are full of surprises.

I used to holiday in Rhosneigr, my nan had a caravan up there. Unfortunately, this was back when Valley were doing training flights almost every day. Got fucking annoying when I wanted to sleep till noon but the pilots had other ideas.

We were literally a few hundred meters from the strip, so you could see them taxing and shit if you had some binoculars.

Nothing like waking up to a decapitated vole greeting you on the bed.
Pigeons can be messy as that pic shows. Keith likes flicking his beak around when he eats, I haven't noticed wild pigeons doing that so I think he's either a born messy eater or does it out of bastardy. I put sides on the food level of his cage so if he does flick it it doesn't go far and as for output I trained him to go back to his cage when he was very young. An older bird like your neighbour's refugee might not be able to learn that but I don't know, it might.
Pic is from the first day I had him, as you can see I wasn't exactly equipped to care for birds. Title is self explanatory.

I used to live directly at the other end of the runway where they took off because my mother liked watching the planes so when the weather ship went up, the first flight of the day at 8am, everyone was up. A BT engineer came out to fix the phone once and asked me if the noise bothered me. My immediate response was, what noise? Just got immune to it after a while.
Beaumaris is lovely but the tourists would do my head in too. I can understand why the locals speak Welsh out of spite.

That's really starting to get on my tits.

See, I was born in wales, but I don't sound it at all, I sound really fucking British. You know what Americans think of when they think "British accent"? That's what I sound like.

So everyone thinks I'm a bloody tourist. I'm not a bloody tourist, I fucking live here.

I get hating the tourists, hell, I hate them too. They walk their dogs really late at night and bumble around the town pissed at four in the morning, but shit, that's not an excuse to be iffy with every bugger that walks through your doors.

Thankfully I don't see it too much, but it's a serious culture shock to see so many people speak welsh.

No, I live on a farm, one of about 5 down my lane and as the neighbourhood knows me as someone of little words but a knack for animals they started bringing me orphaned and injured wild birds. They are pretty easy, especially fledglings, they open their mouths when they're hungry and fly off when they're ready but most of all they know they're wild, it's in their blood.
Keith however came to me via my landlord next door finding him in the straw in the cow barn, he couldn't put him back as the nest was like 30' up so not knowing what to do he brought him to me. His parents are racing pigeons and as he was so young and genetically tame he imprinted on me as his parent, he believes he's a human and there's no persuading him otherwise ie walking downstairs.
Believe me, I never expected to be sharing my life with a pigeon but he's made my life better for being in it.

I know your probably joking but I did give this a lot of thought over the years. I used to watch reviewbrah when he was in the late hundreds early thousands levels of viewership with maybe 1-5 comments on his videos, now hes exploded and become insanely popular somehow.

Its difficult though, the youtube ship seems to have sailed on a lot of content (gaming, pop science, general trivia all that shit) a long time ago. You need a niche and shilling.

I was thinking of using my situation and autism to just record random stuff as well as special stuff which had viral/shill potential, for example a shut in thats barely left his town goes to a busy city degenerate centre on a friday/saturday nigth and gives a social commetary on disgusting normies, I think that would have potential if executed to hit a wider audience.

Also I could make an educational video about harold shipman where I travel to see what his surgery is like now, his old house (if its possible) and the graves of his victims. I've thought too much about this. I'd need to build up my speech confidence and be able to travel though before

He's quite puffed up in that picture, he's approx 14 days old there. I can't find the link right now but there's a site somewhere with a photo of a pigeon day by day from hatching (they're ugly af at first). Mine still had twin orange baby fluff mohawks so that's how I could tell his age (and also why he's got the name Keith Flint).

"Don't fit anywhere sydrome" is real when every fucker thinks you're from somewhere else.
I suppose there's some sport to be had with directing lost tourists to the opposite end of where they want to go but as for the north Welsh attitude, it used to piss me off too. Best solution I found was dating someone from south Wales who'd been forced to learn Welsh at school, soon as we walked into a shop and the till jockeys clocked us speaking English they'd switch to Welsh, so my shag would start talking to me in Welsh and they soon changed their tune.

She tried to catch a fully grown pheasant (about the size of a medium chicken for the townies) when she was a kitten and it took off, she held on for as long as she could (and luckily I caught her when she fell) so she's never been afraid to have a go and I really can't explain why she tolerates him in what is technically her territory.
She checked him out for the first few days of him being here and when I let him out of the cage she was like, huh, okey dokey and that was that. I'd say it was merely her being benevolent and she's biding her time but she's never made a move on him, ever, and even weirder next door's cat hasn't either, nor the ex's dog. Very weird, this is them playing with her treat ball. They've even devised rules, she gets one out, she keeps it, if he gets one out he'll flick it so she has to chase it.

Definitely only maternal to animals. Kids are beyond me, animals are logical and have no agenda. Babies scream for no reason, if it was an animal making a racket and I'd exhausted all eventualities food/water/temperature/shelter/safety I'd take it to the vet. "Babies just cry", I've read. Wtf for? I didn't do the teenage thing of babysitting for money when I was younger, I've never even held a baby and I don't intend to. Injured buzzard, piece of piss. Kids, nope.

I've never been afraid of flying but when that plane got shot down over Ukraine and I happened across the pictures on LiveLeak by accident I was pretty put off for a while. Jesus, that was bad. Air crash investigator must be one of the worst jobs on the planet, yeah it's good that they can solve how it happened but you'd have to be a particular sort of person to be able to see the bodies in the aftermath and not be scarred by it.

Get yourself sacked for non deliberate looking reasons, ie don't shit on your managers desk or steal anything, instead try being consistently late and gobbing off and answering back. If you work in a white collar job consider shouting OH FOR FUCK'S SAKE at your computer every time something minor goes wrong. For bonus points, if the machine isn't too tightly locked down open a shell and enter:

C:\>shutdown /r /m \\targetcomputer

(target computer being the name of your collegues' machines providing you're on the same network).

All the fucking time. Mind you, I used to be told I'd get spotty when I got older too and that never happened either, I suppose having my suspicions people suffered from confirmation bias proven at a young age served to reinforce my belief that most people don't know what the fuck they're talking about and generalise a lot to make up for experience. I know my own mind and I find it irritating and presumptive when others think they know it better than I do.

I don't know if this is a sign I'm getting older but I dislike kids more too, perhaps I'm becoming intolerant or perhaps they're more annoying in general. I blame Web 2.0, as us old farts used to call it.

I know someone who's about to start his 3rd year in Games Design at uni. Definitely not neurotypical, doesn't socialise with anyone whatsoever and he's already been head hunted for one of the big players for crazy money. He builds worlds in his head and creates them, he also has three GCSE Maths certificates on his wall, all grade D. His school told him he'd be a good shelf stacker when he left at 16 (he was the last year when you were allowed to do that), he went to college and did a... I think it's a National Diploma, not sure, a general computer course, it gave him the confidence being at school took from him and it got him into university. Think laterally, if there's something in particular that interests you it's achievable on your own terms.

Unfortunately modern life has created this fucked up system where zero hours contracts are acceptable and applying for a job means applying through an agency. Another shit thing is the loss of the British manufacturing industry, I'm an engineer by trade, or I was, and when I started people used to be able to leave school and apply at the factory gates. I worked in places where people spent their entire working life on the same shop floor. It'd do my head in personally but each to their own. Nowdays we don't have that job certainty but I bet if you went for a driveabout you'd see a petrol station somewhere looking for night staff, where I live out in the sticks I know I do and I bet you're somewhere more populated than here. That's a pretty comfy job, I reckon. Minimal social interaction and not too challenging. It's a plus you can drive, too. Delivery or courier perhaps?

The only way to find out how shit works is to find out for yourself, your parents won't help because I suspect that'll mean they lose their carer's benefit for you and one of them might have to get a job. Maybe look online at your local college and seeing what short evening courses they do, I was bored and learned Visual Basic a longass time ago for instance. It didn't serve any purpose whatsoever but it gave me something to do and a vague sense of achievement, much as the old fella does with the seagulls (who I'm guessing is a widiwer).

Petrol stations always seem to want staff because most people can't handle being awake in the night and asleep in the day. It's not like you have to worry about taking the kids to school or any other inflexible commitment so nights would seem to be a reasonable suggestion.

I've been nocturnal for 8 years. I feel more alive and awake during the night and like total shit during the day. I could just give my parents some stolen cash register money or something.

To be honest I don't feel like doing anything like visual basic. Would rather shovel up shit or something than do something as mind numbing as that. I'm tempted to dive into the deep end on this and see what happens, nothing else is happening in my life and its destroying me.

I thought the same thing, "find a evening course" and they demanded I do this functional english/maths shit which I've been doing now since October last year. I wanted to be in a better place by my birthday which has now past and I'm probably in a worse place now mentally

Most petrol station staff are surly, uncommunicative bastards though, it's practically an industry standard especially at night so nobody would identify him as having a social phobia. I agree with you about fault-finding not necessarily being a bad thing. That said, the context of the quote indicates that Mill was referring to the ordinary meaning of dissatisfied. He was criticising Jeremy Bentham's theory of utilitarianism - that humans are nothing more than pleasure seekers and society should be organised to distribute the most pleasure (of all kinds) possible. In saying he would rather be Socrates dissatisfied, Mill was saying that there are such things as 'higher pleasures' (specifically learning things, developing new skills, and developing oneself) that are more important than just being hedonistic

I understand what you mean about feeling more alive at night, I do too but while I'm having to keep daylight hours courtesy of that pigeon stomping around come first light so early with it being summer it's bloody irritating to mentally wake up when I should be going to bed.

You don't have to give your parents stolen cash register money, pay them bed and board out of your wages and that's as far as your obligation goes. If they are on carer's benefit they've had a bloody good run on your disabilities but it's time for them to find another way to screw the state now; perhaps one of them claiming PIP and the other claiming carer's for looking after them. Please don't feel you have to sacrifice your life and potential happiness to keep them in the squalor they've been accustomed to.

Wtf evening course did you apply for that needs you to do the functional shit, theoretical physics? There's all sorts of short courses (ie 12 weeks), looking at my local paper now there's silversmithing, tractor maintenance and horticulture for instance. Nowt about foundation qualifications first, was the course you were looking at a longer one? Try a shorter one first, get some confidence doing something interesting. Those foundation courses must be as bad as being back in school.

If it's anything to go by, if it wasn't for my landlord I'd go weeks without speaking to anyone. I speak to my animals more than I speak to people and as you're used to speaking using your fingertips you probably haven't got a grasp of conversation using your voice.

You could talk to us, on that video, so I don't think it's a phobia or a confidence thing but more that you don't know what to talk to people about on your course. (For example, one of my mother's friend's daughters used to give me women's magazines "so we'd have things to talk about". I was insulted and every time she mentioned a soap opera or a celebrity I'd reply with one of the laws of physics. "Ooh on Eastenders -" "The third law of thermodynamics is the entropy of matter..." She gave up).

So, you've got nothing in common with those people and nothing to chit chat about so it's no wonder you clam up. Then you probably feel self conscious and it puts your head in a spin so no information is going in when the tutor is explaining it, you've shut everything out. If foundation qualifications are important why not try a one on one tutor for a couple of classes and see how well you can retain stuff then?

Yes. petrol stations do do that. I've seen two this week, one on a swingy board thing and the other on a sign at the till. Robberies do happen obviously but I bet they didn't nick much, petrol stations are hardly worth doing if it's a little one in a small, seasonal town. And they have panic buttons anyway, it's not like you'd get shot for 30 quid and a handful of Mars bars.

Someone goes out of their way to include you and find something to talk about (even if you didn't like the topic it was the sentiment that counts) and you be that rude to them. I would be so upset if someone did that to me. If I was in your shoes I would at the very least have tried to feign interest in the topic, if not actually try to learn about the topic seriously, grateful that someone was at least talking to me

Also you've mentioned physics in 2 posts now. We get it, you do physics

Small talk makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and boderline unwell if I just have to listen to strangers doing it, I don't think i'll ever do it or want to. The tutour doesn't explain anything anyway, its all on the computer but I'm supposed to be asking for help I guess, its just gone on for too long by now and it won't be done for another 3 months or something at least and I doubt i'll even help me anyway, its not important it was just something to do. Think I'm just making excuses again. I'll just think about this endlessly but be too frightened to ever pull the trigger and actually do something, I'll just get belittled by everyone mostly my parents for doing anything even improvements. they'd probably moan at me if I went to the gym. By the time I've built up myself to do something they'd smash it with a big hammer and i'll revert back to my default state. It wouldn't even be this bad if they didn't force and guide me onto a shit retard course after school and let me re-take my GCSEs after leaving school instead. Despite doing this constantly if I bring it up with them they shift the blame onto me and guilt trip me haha. Nobody can really offer advice because nobody has ever been a 24 year old completely dependent on his parents who doesn't know a thing about how anything works.

I think Bentham's way of quantifying pleasure and pain in the hedonistic calculus was what Mill was referring to in saying Socratic dissatisfied, motivation is also a part of Arete. This was an ancient Greek way of pursuing and attaining the higher pleasures that you refer to; to do something well, to do it so you understand it intrinsically, to do it to the absolute best of your ability (which is where the motivation comes in), to attain excellence and quality in whatever it is a person has set out to achieve.

Obviously tractor maintenance is quite in demand here in rural cow county; less so in a quaint seaside town. I only took Visual Basic because there was fuck all else on that night at the college that I was even remotely interested and I'd just got my first computer (Windows 95). Oscar Wilde said, write anything even if it's a suicide note about becoming a writer, so in that vein, try anything you can even if you think you won't like it because you won't know otherwise and you might go to your deathbed thinking shit, I bet I'd have been an awesome tractor maintenance man.

State run IT sites are historically terrible. If you could do a course in coding better sites you'd be better than all the government code monkeys put together that they evidently never went on. They were all probably on Visual Basic courses like me and stopped there.

Pigeon mummy had already had enough of being spoken down to be someone who she didn't even like and was only thrown together because her mother knew pigeon mummy's mother actually.

If that makes me a cunt so be it. I certainly didn't need patronising by someone who's idea of reading matter was some shit women's magazine about better sex positions and how to bake cakes, she could have read the stuff I read too but she didn't. I did have things to talk to her about, she didn't want to talk about those sorts of things though, I was supposed to learn all manner of subjects I found to be boring and useless so I could talk on her level and you think that that's a good thing?

Would you be offended if someone brought you football magazines and Men's Health so you could talk like a man? I didn't need magazines on what was essentially the topic of "how to be female"; I thought I'd got that sussed by the body I was born into, not the way I thought. Or are you one of those who believes in stereotypes, and if so, why are you posting on 4chan? Shouldn't you be going for a jog before walking the labrador or something?

>>

The course is, I go there and sit on a laptop doing some shitty maths on a slow archaic website. My life is mind numbingly boring and this is the only thing I've got going for me. I'm so tired of having zero motivation and focus and just doing nothing for 15 hours a day with no pleasure, change of scenery or hope for anything better, just the same thing every day. I may as well be in prison, my life would barely change

>What industry did/does your dad work in? Roughly I mean.

>>
>>38676278
I guess that's where we differ then, I'm not bothered about having people interact with me and I wasn't back then when I was having Cosmopolitan and Take a Break magazines foisted on me. I'm me, take it or leave it but I can't pretend to be something I'm not out of social nicety because that would mean not being true to myself and I can't do that.
>>
>>38676307
It doesn't have to be of substance, just mutually interesting. Ok, here's something I learned and I'm going to test it later. How to sex ducks. That's not as lewd as it sounds, it's literally being able to tell what gender my ducklings are. My landlord told me how to do it by holding a needle and thread over them one by one and depending how it swings it'll tell me what they are. I thought he was pulling my leg but he taught me how to dowse for water too so I'm tending to believe him.

This subject has no substance whatsoever and it's pretty mundane I suppose, I dunno, but it interested me and usually with shit like that I'll share it here. I didn't expect people to be interested in someone having a pigeon but there you go so I'll post about the duck sexing later.
>>
>>38676359
So you're not actually being taught, you're being shown a screen with multiple choice questions? Jesus, who pays for this shit? You'd have more fun playing a slot machine and the same odds.

Your entire post reeks of superiority complex. You are wrong to assume she was insulting your intelligence. If anything, her choice of topic was more of an indication of her intelligence than what she believed yours to be. You were in fact the one looking down on her by insinuating that her choice of conversation topic was not worthy of you and spouting laws of physics purely to patronise her.

>Would you be offended if someone brought you football magazines and Men's Health so you could talk like a man?
No, I would not. I would actively engage with them in that conversation topic and try to learn about it because they were interested in it and wanted to talk about it with me. I most certainly would not look down on them for wanting to talk about that, and would not take it as an insult to my intelligence. I'm happy to talk about anything with anyone, it doesn't have to be 'worthy' of me because I have no need to prove myself to anyone. I may be mentally capable of talking about in-depth academic subjects, but I'm still open to inanely bantering about with the lads about cars or some shit.

>I didn't need magazines on what was essentially the topic of "how to be female"; I thought I'd got that sussed by the body I was born into, not the way I thought.
You're missing the point. Regardless of whether you personally like the topic, for the convenience of pleasant conversation you engage in that topic. No one's asking you to devote a lot of time in researching something you don't care about, but feigning some superficial interest is polite.

If you were that opposed to talking about that topic, there were many ways of politely shifting the conversation topic so as to preserve good relations. You were unnecessarily blunt and rude because you felt you had to prove your intelligence to someone who was trying to talk with you.

>Or are you one of those who believes in stereotypes
Totally baseless accusation

not my carer, also its free. It shows an instructional video and then asks you questions and does a skill check at the end of it. Once you've gone through it all you can take your test

It is what it is, I don't know what else to do and I passed English already, its depressing because everyone in there is either over 40 or not english. The young ones are either chavs or a fat roastie who was talking too loud, yet I'm the least socially functioning outcast and one of the most underperforming ones at maths too. You can say what you want about my lack of motivation to self-teach myself this stuff but my brain is just fogging up even at home. I have no idea what to do because I don't want to continue in my current way of life, I have the motivation to work and perhaps study if there was an end goal. I don't really live for anything, there is nowhere I want to travel to per se, nothing I want to do, no hobbies, no passions I just want something to fill my day and give me financial independence so I can live in relative peace

Maybe try to place yourself in that girl's shoes. Imagine your mum's probably told you to talk with someone else so you bring up something you're interested in (sexing ducks for example) only for them to respond 'LUCY'S DRESS CAUGHT FIRE IN EASTENDERS LAST NIGHT'. Wouldn't you find that a bit rude? Conversation is all about give and take, and works best when there are roughly equal amounts of both from each party.

>>38676739
You've mostly got it right I think. I would also add that pigeon lady seemed to believe there was the girl was insinuating that she was not feminine and brought up 'girly magazines' because that's what she thought girls should talk about and so she took it as a personal attack. I don't see why really, the girl probably just liked celebrities and eastenders
>>

>>
>>38676739
Oh for Christ's sake, what bit don't you understand? Do you assume this was a one off thing? I'd known her for years, she's about 4 years younger than me and by the time I was working with my own house she was at college, inviting herself round and trying to inflict this bullshit on me.

It's got nothing to do with superiority and everything to do with having no mutual interests. I like animals and things with engines, she liked make up and would squeal if she saw a spider. I can't do girly girl. I didn't want to be trapped in my own house making inane chit chat until she went off to visit somebody else.

Feigning superficial interest may be polite, but that is why I am here instead where I don't have to conform to the social niceties that you seem to be expecting of me. I couldn't care less about meeting anyone's expectations, least of all yours.
>>
>>38677057
>I couldn't care less about meeting anyone's expectations, least of all yours.
That's perfectly fine, as long as you are willing to accept the consequences of that, which it seems you are. Still, I do not believe entertaining someone else's choice of conversation topic which you personally have no interest in is a betrayal of yourself at all. It is a very minor concession that makes everyday life immensely less jarring. If you don't care about the inevitable confrontation that results from your actions then so be it.
>>
do people still play xenoverse 1?

>>
>>38677057
>It's got nothing to do with superiority and everything to do with having no mutual interests.
It obviously is to do with superiority or you would not have flaunted your superior intelligence by reciting the laws of physics, something you knew she would interpret as you saying her choice of topic was not intellectual enough. If it was truly just a case of you not wanting to waste time talking about things you didn't care about, and if you truly did not care about 'social niceties', you would have just told her to leave. Instead for some reason you interpreted her trying to connect with you through magazines as a personal attack on your intelligence and your self-attested lack of femininity, and so you responded by asserting both of these things at once, a totally unwarranted reaction born of your own insecurities.

I kinda need some advice and this is one of the more active threads where I might find someone in a similar situation.

I'm obese, and I need to lose weight. It finally sunk in tonight when I realized that I almost certainly have type-2 diabetes. I've resolved to cut out fast food like I have soda, but I don't know what to replace it with. The reason I eat so much fast food is because it's cheap and affordable, and my dad gets it a lot for the same reason. I'm pretty much a NEET and I'm wondering what sort of diet I can go on that's affordable.

I've been panicky crying on and off over the last hour because I've finally realized that I've probably destroyed my body beyond saving and that I will almost certainly die before the age of 35. Any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated, especially on exorcises that are more beneficial for obese people who just sit around doing nothing all day.

I'm sorry for bothering you all with this, I just didn't know where else to turn. All the people I know irl are skinny for the most part and although I am looking at the guide on /fit/, I don't want to make a thread only to get told to fuck off and read the guide, which probably doesn't cover the specifics of my situation.

Thanks again, if anyone reads this.

I had a similar realisation only a year ago in regards to the state of my health. At the time I was a relatively monstrous 22 stone at around 6 ft 3.

I carried the weight relatively well and never thought much of it. I was aware that I was overweight and my limited ability to move was noticeable but I mostly just shrugged it off.

Eventually however my curiosity got the better of me and I started to research my physical situation. It turned out that I wasn't overweight, but obese, and quite obese. I then went on to research some of the health consequences associated with obesity and became very scared and upset by it. I was afraid I was going to develop diabetes and go blind or have a heart attack. I was also ashamed at myself for not coming to this realisation sooner and being ignorant of my health for so long.

It was an unpleasant realisation and I remember getting depressed about it. It knocked so much sense into me that I changed my entire life right on the spot.

The way I lost the weight wasn't healthy. Whilst I did massively increase the amount of exercise I was doing your diet is considerably more important, and I went from on extreme to another. I started to consume around 800 calories a day, 2000 less than I need, often less and sometimes more. Whilst such a low intake often left me feeling a bit unpleasant this feeling was overshadowed by how much better I was feeling in shedding weight every day. I didn't find keeping to this as hard as I expected, I suppose the body was just getting the other 2000 calories I denied it from fat deposits. I eventually started to increase my intake to balance everything out by the time I reached my target goal of 13 stone. I drank a lot of water during the process and made sure to be nutritionally sensible.

That's just how I did it. I can't promote unhealthy methods of weight loss and what works is different for everybody, but that worked for me.

I lost nearly 10 stone in under a year. I feel fine now.

Can you tell me about the exorcises you did and what sort of diet you were on? I'm thinking of going on a rice diet. I'm not averse to walking but I live in a hot part of my country and it's hard to walk during the day because I don't like the sun one bit. I almost had a severe case of heat stroke last year.

What brought all this on is my foot started hurting for reasons unknown on Tuesday and it's only gotten worse. This has happened before but I shrugged it off, but I did more research today and I'm almost certain that I have diabetes because from what I read, the pain I'm experiencing in my foot is diabetic neuropathy, specifically peripheral neuropathy which is pain and tingling and sometimes burning in the hands and feet. A while back I had this sort of pain on the top of my right hand but didn't think anything of it. So now I'm scared senseless.

It's only now that I'm finally getting the motivation to cut out the unhealthy snackfood and fast food and start on a serious path to a healthier lifestyle, but I'm doing it from an disadvantageous point in my life. I don't have the money to support a diet or the money to exercise properly at a gym or with real equipment.

See your GP anyhow for a thorough investigation.

Muslims out. Stop trying to change get British culture. How fucking rude are you. Who fucking does that. You have been allows build mosque, get benefits and a house and live better safer life's. But no...you still want more.

What is it about them that makes them do this? Doesn't any other religion do that?
>>
>>38680383
Sweet mate. Sounds good. Id go for it if I were you. What pizza? From where?
>>
>>38669478
I'm an EU immigrant. I'll be able to apply for student loans for living costs in 2 years time. Otherwise there is nothing preventing me from doing so. I need this as my job is not enough to let me survive in full time education. Would getting another man for a civil partnership to expedite the process be enough of a scam to get me in trouble?
>>
>>38680465
Probably just double pepperoni from my local, it's better than any chain.
>>
>>38680406
right on anon, what you got planned?
>>
>>38680466
Yes, especially since civil partnerships still exist but are so inferior to marriage that they basically scream "dodgy deals" these days.

Aren't all marriages done for dodgy purposes? If you weren't intending to use their benefits you would just get a wedding ceremony and ignore the paperwork. But what I need is to know how clear the law is on that. It's not exactly an immigration problem as I have all the right to stay here and do whatever I want. I just need to be assessed on the same grounds as UK students rather than EU because they changed some laws just a year ago and now I no longer qualify.

Just bacon, why would anyone think that's a good idea? I can't bitch about free food too much, but solely adding bacon to a pizza is dumbfounding in a really minor, but really obvious way to me.
