I suggest reading ch 6 of The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook 5th Edition. It saved me.

Also, see a doc. They'll do a blood test, do an EKG, check your sinus or whatever. It doesn't take long.

I get the exact same thing and its just panic attacks.

I went to see a doctor and got bullshit like "stop caffeine bro". I've had this long enough to notice when I get stressed I get the palpitations, dizzy, and shortness if breath.

Get that fucking tomato out of there.
