Do you practice poses ? I do. I see normies' poses in instagram photos when they're with friends, and there WILL come a time when i have friends, and i will NOT be embarassing. I will have normal but cool and witty poses.

I watch ballet on Youtube sometimes and I've noticed it involves a lot of poses. Many people think of ballet as involving tons of spinning and jumping, but in fact, for large parts of a ballet, the dancers in the background are just holding static poses for about 20-30 seconds at a time, then switching to another pose.

I practice facial expressions in the mirror, and when I'm sure no one else is around to hear me, I practice speaking. I sit in the mirror and talk to myself and try to be more charismatic. I do this because I make people very uncomfortable and anxious every time I talk to them. Friends, coworkers, customers when I'm working the register, random strangers I just met, even family members all become very nervous and uncomfortable within just 30 seconds of conversation with me. I have this amazing ability where people's eyes start watering when they speak with me. Even the most confident people get really fucking anxious wher I interact with them. Someone once told me I fall into the uncanny valley as far as looks. When I went on video chat, people often accused me of being a bot or a prerecording because I didn't make facial expressions or just made the same exact ones. In high school the girl I sat next to told me I only make 2 facial expressions. Someone told me when I smile I look like a serial killer. I try to come off as human but it's kind of pointless, even when I try I just come off as insincere and weird. I've come to the conclusion that facial expressions and body language isn't something you can consciously control to any meaningful degree. Actual functional humans read each other subconsciously based on minute details that occur automatically in a timespan of less than a second.
The real question is if I come off as more of a sociopathic creep by making no expressions or making obviously ingenuine ones.
