Hard to do the top right I find.

I like it more when it's not too deep. so there's more ratio of crunch to creme
I don't like sweets. No candy, chocolate, deserts, ice cream, etc.
All I want is meat and salty stuff with meat.
But Creme Brule is probably a good choice. Isn't it just custard with caramel that's scorched?
