Is it weird that I enjoy reading these. I can pretend that everyone's dreams came true and now they can get everything they've ever wanted.

I spread it in an investment portfolio, take out a loan at an extremely favorable rate now that the bank knows I have the money to back it, use the loan to buy a modestly sized apartment building and then hire someone to manage it. I comfortably pay back that loan which is accruing interest at a slower rate than my own investment portfolio grows.

I live off the money from that, and then do it again with a new building. Again and again until I have a good number of buildings. Enough for me to never have to actually use money from outside of this income stream again. My investment portfolio essentially goes untouched, creating a massive safety net that exists exclusively to convince banks that I can pay back any given loan at any time, essentially extending my practical resource pool infinitely.

All my buildings run autonomously, I've hired people to manage my funds, I essentially do nothing. I can start a family I guess. I spend my time pursuing things I'm interested in at my leisure, and I shit on welfare leeches for getting MY HARD EARNED MONEY for nothing so they can live high on the hog with their refrigerators and their cellphones.

I know that's only about 10,000 dollars of activities and purchases, but that's all I really need to get things in order.

Most of it would be for the first year of rent and safety deposit and utilities. I'd probably also buy a modest, reliable car and spend extra money getting the best training and education I can in the things that actually interest me. The rest of the money would be invested. Land, stocks, bonds, precious metals, ect. I'd probably be tempted to get a house, but I think I'll do the renting thing for a year or two with my friend to get that experience living like a normal poorfuck. Get a comfy house around $500-600k and a decent car maybe a Tesla. Then just get a nice music room and home theater. A good PC and make smart investment choices with the rest. Having this much money scares me. I'd hire a financial advisor immediately, using half of the money to set up passive income trees, bonds or something no idea honestly. I'll have to review paperwork carefully. Then with 10 million:
