I'm in my 20's right now and a little heavier (by no means fat though), but during school 90% of any exercising I did was in PE class and I ate at least 4 times during the average school day while staying skinny. I never counted calories or anything, but by all rights I should be a fat fuck.

Same boat anon but I'm a little taller and was a little lighter. I've been trying to get /fit/ the high I get from lifting heavy is the only thing that makes me happy anymore. I found that if I count my macros and make sure I'm eating legit 2900+ calories / day I'm slowly gaining weight. A lot of the time it means eating to the point of feeling queezy but my squat is up almost 100lbs and I'm up almost 15lbs since the winter.

Yeah i knew a guy like that, skinny as a rail and seemingly stuffs his face whenever i see him.

Eventually i figured out his secret tho, that one meal you would witness where he'd eat like 2000 calories: that would be the only thing he'd eat that day.

And he wasn't controlling his eating to do this, he just told me that he wants to be hungry for the big meal and afterwards he just doesn't feel like eating anymore.

What was pretty funny about the whole thing tho was that even he was convinced that he eats alot / has a fast metabolism.
