Doesn't bother me really, I don't hate my parents for it like some people do. The benefit of being American is that girls here think cut looks better, so that's a plus. I couldn't care less about sensitivity, it's always just made me last longer. I guess it kind of sucks that my dick isn't as long as it theoretically could have been, but I still got a solid 6 inches so I'm not too bent out of shape about it. Overall, since I'm American, I'm sort of glad I am. If I was anywhere else though I'd be the odd man out.
