It looks like you're probably extremely dehydrated, start drinking a lot of water. If it still looks like that, than you probably have a kidney infection or something, go to the doctor if it isn't fixed by drinking water.

Do you have any other symptoms besides dark urine and urine frequency? Do you think your dehydrated?

If you have an infection/obstruction of some sort (bladder/kidney/urinary system/etc.) you can literally damage whatever effected system and have major problems if you let it go. My uncle had a bladder infection and would not go to the hospital....well now he's stuck with a Foley catheter for life....

It goes darker in my piss jugs when left for days, if it's more than 7 usually it gets foamy and cloudy as fuck
