It doesn't matter though, the best way to protect your data is encryption. If they are going to give you a warrant, they know you'll want to destroy the data if you get the chance. The first thing they'll do after you open the door is handcuff you.

With encryption you don't have that situation, because it's mathematically improbable that they'll ever decrypt your data.
