Did you have tea bags or loose leaves? Tea bags produce tea of very low quality and it gets really bitter if you steep it for too long. If you had leaves and didn't like it then there are many different kind of green teas (e.g. sencha, matcha, gyokuro) not to mention that there are probably thousands of different flavored ones.

Wear pajamas only when you're getting into bed. This way when you wear them, it tricks your brain into wanting to get rest when you're restless.
Keep a journal or diary. Negative thoughts tend to stay cluttered in your mind until it's too much and you break down. Seeing the words in front of you will help you process the information and find a solution. Stop letting negative judgements of others leak into your decisions. Everyone judges others, but the less you act on these judgements and give them validity, the better you will feel. Your spiteful feelings towards women and nonwhites are creating pathways in your brain, indents that are getting deeper and deeper every time you act upon your judgements. These pathways will make you default to negativity almost constantly, and are hurting you physically and psychologically. If you suffer from anxiety, this could be a defining reason why. Once you learn to stop, you will realize that everyones snap judgements aren't as harsh as yours, and that most people go about their day and forget the negative assumption immediately.
Stop being friends with people that fuel your bad habits. You enjoy being around "the lads" because they don't challenge your morality or creativity. Negative banter is healthy occasionally, but if your friend groups default is insults and name calling, get out. It's doing you more harm than you know. Form some positive relationships with a group of diverse people who share interests and goals with you. It will make you feel productive and safe.

Stop being like this faggot and accepting defeat. You only lose when you give up. Self improvement takes time and commitment, and the longer you've been in the rut, the longer it'll take to get out. But there is a way out.

The key is think positive. For example, I thought the college/degree meme was just a way to get colleges to squeeze money out of me, (don't get me wrong, it is,) and that I would never be able to get a job with my degree. But now I'm making good money and my hard work paid off. I refused to listen to that negative side in my head (and on 4chan) and I met success.

Try to reach out to different communities. Maybe try to find a forum for any niche hobbies or interests you have, or find a discord group that's just a group of friends and not hobby specific.
I've yet to find out where to meet irl friends, I've just moved to a city after living in the backwoods my whole life. Not sure how it all works yet, but if you know how I think that would be a good change of pace as well.

This. STOP worrying about if self care is too feminine or if you're coddling yourself. You are the one person who SHOULD coddle yourself in times of need, and you can't worry about being tough all the time. Make sure you're bathed, make sure you're drinking enough water. It's "sissy stuff" but it's fucking important to your mental health. Make some friends that actually encourage this behavior instead of "jokingly" putting you down 24/7.
