I've been doing fasting lately and it works fine, losing ~5 pounds per week. I eat one meal every 3 days. Working up to eating once per week.
Don't let people tell you starvation doesn't work. Just show them some pictures of the holohoax and ask them why the jews are so skinny. If you don't eat, your body will consume calories from fat. It's that simple.
Some tips: Don't take vitamins when you aren't eating, BUT make sure you do take vitamins and POTASSIUM when you eat. Potassium is the most important mineral to keep you from dying while you starve. If you start cramping up then that means you are low on potassium and you need to eat or your heart could be the next thing cramping.
You will be hungry. The first day is the worst. The 2nd day isn't much better. The 3rd day you usually stop being hungry. Avoid interactions with food.
If you have a job fasting will be difficult. You will feel weak and tired after a few days. This is a perfect NEET method of weight loss. Try to walk for at least an hour a day. No heavy excersise, just ez walking. But other than the walking you can just sleep all day it doesn't matter.
