Spend time with him one on one and teach him a new skill. Take him shooting, hiking, golfing, even nerdy shit like Magic (social and popular) just to get him off the computer and thinking about other things. Build him up, praise his efforts, idk. I would say to encourage him to join a club or something but he has to want it. Band is a great option, my brother has actual autism and got friends/a gf in highschool.
