Is there anything similar to xanax that I can buy at walmart

Nothing can compare to actual benzos, but St. John's Wort is supposed to help with nerves. I've heard it can even give you a slight buzz

Lots of doctors will actually give out xanax specifically for flying.
Just tell your doctor you're nervous to fly and want something to calm you down, you'll probably get a low-dose benzo. Docs give them out like candy.

Do you have a dr? You might get them to prescribe you a a benzo specifically for the occasion. Flyings not that bad though. I haven't flown much, but after take-off, your realize it ain't that bad.

Alcohol.

They're both GABA-ergic drugs. You're not going to find anything else in Walmart as effective as booze in calming your anxiety without a prescription. Maybe Kava too. Kava is supposed to act somewhat like a benzo on the brain from what I understand. But the Kava supplements you get in the store contain really small amounts.

I don't have a doctor where I am now, besides I'm leaving early tomorrow morning so I wouldn't have time to go see one anyways. I can't drink alcohol on the job and it makes my anxiety worse anyways, so that's not an option either.
