Talked to four guys at the gym. These fags see me looking down listening to music, and think it's ok to come up to me and ask me how much weight is on the bar, and what exercise I'm doing. One of them also tried to assist me without asking for permission.
I'm thinking of switching gyms because of this situation.
Ever since I got strong dudes just approach me to talk and feel my body like I'm their bf. So far not a single female under 50 has.

You think that's hardcore? Add to that English not being your native language, and losing the ability to speak fluently because all you do in your computer is in English.

The book Robinson Crusoe is partly based on the real life story of a sailor who was stranded on a desert island. When the real guy was found he was barely able to speak. He'd went so long without doing so he'd almost forgotten how.

I've found the longer I go without having conversations with people that this really is a thing. You start to forget how to converse with people, you get rusty. After socialising for a bit you remember how again. But it can happen.

The only people I've talked to in the past five years are my coworkers, and then its only about work things. I stay quiet at work and only talk if I have to. I also have no friends and haven't spoken to my family in almost a decade.
