I just finished 1st year so I'm partway through first semester.

I'm Canadian so my tuition probably isn't as insane. Don't know what to tell you though man, I did NOT do this for the money. Not because I'm a moralfag but because the money isn't good enough to do it in the first place.

That said I'm going to try and to ophthalmology which is pretty lucrative in Canada. Hard to get residency though.
