You're deficient in some vitamin. I had that shit this winter barely slept 3 hours in a few days for several weeks. Felt I was going into the twilight zone or some shit and was gonna die.
Buy and take Vitamin D3 (@2000-5000 IU are safe no matter what) Magnesium, Omega 3 and B12. D3 and magnesium are most important but you can take the others too with no downsides.
