This is where you messed up. It used to be that there were two post-undergraduate four year programs that guaranteed a financially solvent life in the US, medical school and law school. Unfortunately, within the past generation or two, law school has basically become college 2.0 in terms of ROI. Unless you graduate from a top 20 school, you're basically fucked unless you have a great CV. There's actually a saying about this among medfags: if you graduate from a mediocre med school, people call you doctor, if you graduate from a mediocre law school, people call you to order pizza.
