Do you have have a shovel, rake a fucking sturdy big stick.
Weights if you drink out of big 11 liter water bottles fill them up and stick a few at the end of your stick. Do big fucking buckets if you don't have that. Don't have that? Gyms are super cheap and I've never been bothered by the staff or another customer.
Well worth the money as long as you go at least 3 times a week.

Wirkout outside either really early (preferable) or really late to avoid the heat. If you live somewheres tropical workout in the rain.

Just do jumping jacks and push ups at home. Start out doing 5-10 at a time, any time you get up or have a free moment.

Do not consume Corn Syrup at all

With this you can lose the weight without working out. Assuming you have the will power to even do it.

Just do push ups and shit if you can't go to a gym. Make sure the form is perfect though, otherwise you'll either diminish the effects of the push ups or hurt yourself, and it'll probably be both. Pull ups are good as well, and you can do both whenever you want on your own time.
