Assuming walking between classes doesn't count, I did a short hike in January. If short hikes (and I mean really short like an hour or two) don't count then it's been at least 2 years and it wasn't much.

The last time I actually did serious exercising was PE class in high school. the month or two where I barely used a gym membership hardly counts as training mode. That being said I really should do something so I can actually get out there and do actual hikes without being winded and wanting to fall over.

see it's weird in my case, I have literally never had a gym membership or stepped inside of a gym aside from the few times when I was 13 and I used my buddy's mom's guest pass so we can fuck around for an hour and maybe use the sauna rooms to fap in. so... no true weight training + mediocre genetics = short height, smaller yet lean build, small chest and arms.

BUT I played competitive soccer for more than 10 years so I have insane cardio and endurance, solid core, bulky (almost too much so) thighs with calves that many chads would love to have without ever doing leg presses/lifts etc.
So any time I want I have always been able to spend a few weeks and get back into playing shape even with a 6mo-1year break but never longer than that really.

If I actually applied myself I probably could have been a track and field chad. I was outrunning chads in class consistently without any intentional training because my legs had always been the most fit part of my body from hiking and camping in general. For years my legs held up fine but these days they just don't have it anymore.
