Although I'm around 17% bodyfat, and I can see my ribs and jaw okay, I'm a guy though.
Exercising just builds muscle in combination with a surplus of nutrition, otherwise, exercise just burns excess calories. If you're not intaking very many calories, they won't need to be burned in the first place, therefore you'll be skinny. I used to be a skeleton without much body fat at all, maybe 5%, and I never exercised.

I think I have the same problem I can't tell whether I just have a weak jawline or if I'm just obese. Pretty sure it's the latter, ai think my jaw is good enough that if I got plastic surgey to chisel it out more it'd just be over the top humorous--like that episode of Dexter's Laboratory.

The only truly beneficial surgery I could get would be limb lengthing, I could be at most 6'1....not enough to turn heads, but enough not to be immediately disregarded.

Maybe liposuction too.....I just can't fucking lose weight and keep it off for good.

I have the same type jaw as hemsworth. Honestly its pretty mediocre. White men tend to have wide jaws but the ramus is very short. Have you noticed blacks tend to have long jawbones that stick out far? Look at a young di caprio, wide jaw but short ramus.
