Being productive in general is a good thing I guess, so same applies to working out.

I started working out because an escort told me I should be buff at my age (23), so I took her advice and lost like 1.5 to 2 stone doing cardio and did some lifting too so have a little definition. She is out of the equation now, but I just carried on making progress. Personally I don't even know why I'm still doing it since it's not like it's changed my life, I still seem to be invisible in the eyes of females. But I'll keep on going otherwise it would have been a waste I guess.
