What kind of work were you doing?
I can understand if you worked with machinery or something where lacking coordination could injure you or others, but if you're just stock shelves, I don't see it being a real problem.
Oh, and depending on where you live, it may be illegal to fire you for having a diagnosable medical condition like ataxia
