What are your guys bad habits? How did you stop?
My bad habit is nail biting and biting the skin around my nails. It makes them look really gross and I am self-conscious about them. I just don't know how to stop and kick the oral fixation...
Disclaimer: not my nails, but very similar
This is the only way, sorry bro

same, i keep super glue on my desk becasue i regularly a few times a day bite until they bleed and need to fix it quick.
i hate finger and toe nails and would remove them if i could without looking like a broken
I'm not even kidding buy a damn fidget spinner or a fidget cube or something so you can fidget with something else and not focus on something orally
I feel you anon. I used to have very bad nail biting habits, not the skin around it but the nail itself. Some finger injuries also allowed me to bite almost the whole nail itself off so I think that made it more tempting.
I still have temptations and problems but overall I think this product helped. Makes whatever surface it is on VERY bitter, and lasts a couple days. The only downside is that it makes you eat food you'd use your fingers with more carefully.

I'm going to try this, I've tried lemon juice and vinegar but I liked those things. I found a site with free shipping so I'm going to order this now.
I'm feeling butterflies in my stomach right now though and I'm really figgity thinking about it
Your look a lot like mine, is your stuff not working for you? they still don't look like I feel this product wants them to
im pretty sure opiate addiction counts as a bad habit
I used to suck my thumb until I was 22. I just quit cold turkey.
Picking at my scalp.
I CONSTANTLY claw and pick at my scalp to pull off scabs of other things. I pull out a good deal of hair when I do it too. I literally can't help myself. I've tired to stop so many times, but it's so satisfying to do this.
The result is that my hair is often very bloody, it hurts to shower (especially when I use shampoo), it hurts to comb my hair, and lately I've been doing it so much that my fingers and hands are actually cramping.
I wish I knew how to stop.

I'm 24 and I eat my boogers. First thing I do when I wake up, do it many times throughout the day, last thing I do before bed.
I've always hated the feeling of boogers in my nose, since I can remember really. I do enjoy chewing them quite a bit, the way they make my teeth kind of stick together is wonderful. No plans to stop, though I sneeze a lot because I've picked my nose for so long that I don't have much filtration in there anymore.

I think superglue has arsenic or some poison in it, you should stop that
Ipick my nose in private and then wash my hands
I constantly either grunt or make loud exhaling noises with my throat. If I stop one, the other starts. I can manually stop for like 10 minutes, but then I forget and find myself letting out a grunting storm to make up for holding back.
