In my country jobs like that are sick as fuck, you get paid overtime, which is +50% for each hour, after the first 8. I'd take a job like that over any other.

If it's 12 hours, 3 times a week, that's good.
A work day is a work day, it's fucked whether you're there for 8 hours or 12.
A whole day off is worth a lot more that an extra couple of hours in the evening of a work day.
