I was doing good for a while, but I should probably cut contact with my ex. I don't want to block him but he keeps trying to vent to me about his new gf and how she is mean and abusive, and I'm not going to be someone fucking emotional crutch when they're too retarded not to see they're obsessed with a burnt out junkie slag, and he's trying to polish a turd.

Drank before bed at around 11pm sobered up and couldn't sleep roughly from 2am, watched archer and when it hit 8:30am went to the bottle shop and got some piss, drank from 9am till I passed out woke up at 6pm went to bottle shop again got another bottle of piss and here I am
