OP here: I was close to giving up. But I kept looking through each street in different districts, and out of no where, I heard him run down the street barking. It was fucking unbelievable as hell. Like a movie scene, I just couldn't believe it, I flashed my light to MAKE SURE he was mine. Even compared pictures. He was crying and constantly licking my face and I saw his birth mark on the side which 100% confirmed it.
