Start using rogaine or nioxin to try to save some of your hair. I had a lot of hairfall due to stress and it really helped. It's not a miracle cure but I've noticed about half as much hair falls out in the shower when I wash my hair.

if you're tilted just remember that they could have had a cure for baldness, but research taboos delayed it. someday you might have your hair back, but it will never be at this critical part of your life where you can enjoy your youth.

Unless you fancy trying some of the supposed remedies out there (or are wealthy enough to fork out for a transplant) then I would definitely suggest shaving your head.

When i wash my hair I don't see any hair at all, even when i dry it with a towel, nor do I see hairs on the comb when I'm combing my hair but fuck i know I'm balding.

balding doesn't work that way, it happens very gradually over the years so that the hair becomes weaker, thinner, smaller and eventually disappears
it's not like everything falls out in handfuls everyday

I have the hairline of a 30 year old and I'm 18. Will definitely bald by late 20's and I'm just hanging on to my curls as it slowly falls out due to a congenital scalp disorder and bald genetics. The guy who cut my hair went bald at 18, and he said it fucking sucks, so I'm not looking forward to it.

It started when I was 23, and now three years later the loss has slowed down and it's quite stable, but you can see that I'm going for the Costanza look. The hair on the top of my head is very thin and it doesn't grow longer that a couple millimeters, while the hair around the head grow normally (and if I don't cut it I get a skullet). So I just go for a buzzcut, problem solved for now. I will shave with the razor and go bald completely in no more than a couple of years.
