Hey, I am not saying that women aren't shallow sluts with no critical thinking.

A lot of people seem to assume that you cannot have both Chad-tier looks and a good personality. Thus, they rationalize that Chad looks are essential, since chads get all the girls.
Realistically, there are many people who are both attractive and funny. They don't fit the "dumb hot Chad" meme so they are ignored, though.

From personal experience I can confirm women are shallow af.
