>poop maybe 2-3 times a week
>poo is always super largehuge and tears my butthole into shreds, causing some minor bleeding

I'm not too worried because the blood is "clear" and the cause is pretty obvious (the wrist-thick stool that I labor 2 times a week). But still, goddamn it makes me feel icky. No pain, just a monster of a turd and a spoonful of blood for icing.
Anyone else here /poopblood/?

bleeding anus is one of the most debilitating conditions ever. I hope you're taking hernia cream.

There is no pain, no discomfort, and the amount of blood is not large enough to make me dizzy. I've been to blood tests on unrelated occasion, and my blood values are perfectly healthy. It has definitely something to do with my pooping habits. I only poop when I feel like pooping, and I only feel pooping two times a week.
By feel I mean when I feel that typical pain of "of fuck I'm going to shit in my pants if I don't go right now!" -feeling after holding it in for days.
You're anal retentive. It indicates some underlying psychological stuff you might want to deal with.
