For me, it was both extremely stressful and surprisingly easy at the same time

Mainly because my anxiety 'helped' me and I started derealising and doing everything on autopilot. It really depends on where you're going, what you're going to do, how many people will be there, how they'll react to you and how you'll react to everything.

One of the hardest things for me was to set up and follow a certain schedule
