I think Im too autistic to work in service jobs like retail and deal with people. My dream is t o work in a studio and start making decent money but I dont think thats ever going to happen.

Choose something and just roll with it. You're not going to make the right choice 100% of the time.
By the way, working in retail is very easy. Just smile and make small talk if the customer is chatty, if not help the customer out, and leave it.
