Go for a long walk. Walk really fast, like you're trying to get somewhere and you're late. Do that for an hour, and eat plenty of carbs to restore the glycogen in the muscle. You should sleep well,or at least be tired that night. Also, minimize screen time an hour before you plan to be in bed
