Sadly McDonald's refuses to train you because "muh time is money" even though it's somewhat illegal to not train a new employee. That's why I quit. Management at McDonald's is shit. They purposely keep the minimum number of people in a store yet still expect you to have every order out in 100 seconds or less. It got to the point where managers were telling to serve off any order that had been on the screen once it hit 100 seconds so they could get their times down. It was then up to me to remember like 7 orders consecutively. Not to mention when you hand out the food you have to recite the order back to them. The management is just shit. They tend to only keep 4-5 people in the store at all times. 7 if it's lunch rush. But after lunch it goes back to 4-5. One at window, one at front counter, one at drive-thru, one on grill, and one on prep. That's it. McDonald's is utter shit. Don't get a job there or any fast food place.
