My brain has atrophied throughout the years. A combination of being a NEET for 10 years, never learning anything, not reading and not many social interactions. Then also from severe malnourishment and heavy self-induced stress.
It makes me sad,

same :( past few months have been awful, avoiding anything that would stress my brain out. doesn't help i was addicted to alcohol and cough syrup before. i'm in one of the worst ruts ever, and it's going to get worse unless I do something about it. your brain calcifies once you hit your mid 20s, and I'd hate to calcify such shitty habits and laziness
