Singed, The Mad Chemist.

I only played League in the interim while waiting for Dota 2 to be released. Had about 1500 games, about 1300 of those were Singed. I even taught a couple of the "pros" of the time how to play him. Could play in every role and even the jungle for a time.

Mid-Singed was an absolute wrecking ball. Morgana Vs. Singed was my absolute favorite matchup. Battle of jukes vs. Skillshots.
