Yeah, Elliot's aunt Jennifer is an artist. I also think that I found the place where she lives/lived. I am not going to tell tho, as I know that if I do, the information appears on some blog/video very soon, with no notification of the origin of the information, the blogger taking all credit of it to her/himself. That's such a shitty thing to do, I won't reveal anything here anymore.

It could've been for the cartoon copyrights too. The original creator of Dani Phantom character found out about his videos only now, and requested YouTube to take his channel down, as his figures were plain plagiates of the original. And yes, Elliot never showed any weapons but he talked about killing people in his last video which is why that video was removed.
