I started at Walmart for part-time minimum wage. I could be as autistic as I wanted, working backroom nobody cared.
>never lost the weight
I've never had to lose weight, skeletonmode my whole life, but I believe for weight loss anything that gets your heart rate up is best, probably jogging. Hiking builds some muscle but doesn't really do much for weight loss I believe, as proof I can point to a ton of fat hikers.
If you can into bicycling, I believe that's a great weight loss technique. The faster the better, and obviously downhill or an easy pace on level pavement probably wouldn't do shit.
Remember an ugly face can be brought up several points with a /fit/ body, too.
That's the problem. Youre fat and ugly and have nothing going for you. And you still expect a girl? A cute one? Maybe if you saw women as people you'd realise looks ain't shit. Especially if you're ugly yourself

You font necessarily have to go to the gym, to work out. You can have fun and burn calories at the same time. Just make a playlist on your phone, of about 9 or 10 songs, that help you daydream, and walk around your area.Start heading back home around song 7. Alzo, I recently got into "wall climbing." There is a place around me, with those sculpted, colored rock walls and that's been pretty fun, as well as physical.

This guy is right, getting your heart rate up is key. If you don't push yourself and really get it going/exhausted, your body won't go into weight loss/burning mode.
I also recommend running. I started about this time last year. At first it was slow jogging/walking, but now, I can go distances without stopping and I've lost about 30 lbs while still eating what I want (I wasn't huge to begin with, just chubbo). Pls no bully I'm happy with my weight rn
