Long Distance Relationships

If you can feasible meet at least sometimes per year it is doable but rough.

I had one for 2 years got cheated on dont go there (i did visit her alot though but it was still long distance)

Yeh we both took it very seriously for the duration but in the end it backfired for both of us, even though i visited about once a month it didnt work because of the distance

The same way I feel for e-relationships, I think it's a terrible idea in general, one if not both will get hurt in the long run, you can still connect be friends and even have some level of intimacy without physical contact but the strain will always be there.
